Why the table exists
But one observation stayed with her:
People often share their most valuable wisdom when nobody asks them to give a speech.
For years, Jeevitha’s work has placed her in classrooms, boardrooms, institutions and conversations with people across industries.
The Power Table grew from that observation.
Her role as host is not to dominate the conversation, but to curate the right people, ask the question that opens the room and then allow the table to take over.
“I wanted to build the kind of table I had always wished existed, one where extraordinary people could put their titles aside for a few hours and simply tell each other what life had taught them.”

What it became
There are no mics. No podiums. No agendas. Just a table, open hearts, and powerful stories.
The only rule? Leave your job titles at the door and speak your truth.
