What happens around the table

The Power Table is not just a gathering, it’s a movement of connection, reflection, and authenticity.

Every edition begins with a carefully chosen theme. Each guest is invited to bring one lived experience onto the table. The conversation may begin with a career decision and move into motherhood. It may begin with money and move into fear. It may begin with leadership and end with identity. There are stories, questions, disagreements, laughter, reflection and sometimes conversations people have never had publicly before.

Because the objective is not content creation. The objective is connection. Photography, portraits and short conversations may become part of the edition, but they document the experience, they do not dictate it. The table comes first.

There was laughter. There were tears. And there was an overwhelming sense of being seen.

The Birth of the Power Table

The first Power Table was created in March 2025 to mark International Women’s Day.

The idea was deliberately simple.

Bring together exceptional women from completely different walks of life. Seat them around one table. Remove the stage. Remove the microphone. Remove the expectation to impress anyone. And ask them to talk.
